Any other conditions unique to the service:
1. To provide a service to older people with support needs living in their own homes and in the wider community.
2. The service may also be provided to a maximum of 10 Adults with Support Needs. 3. The support will be provided by 2 teams as agreed during this registration and where there are any subsequent changes the Care Inspectorate should be informed. 4. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
