The service will be provided to adults and older people with mental health conditions and to adults diagnosed with Huntington’s disease with support needs in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by 1 staff team located in Glasgow to the Glasgow City area.
