1. To provide a care at home service for adults including older people within their own homes. The service may also be provided to the young person under the age of 16 years and identified in the variation granted 22 June 2018.

2. The service will operate within the towns of Carnoustie and Monifieth and the Wellbank area of Dundee. 3. The service will not administer medication but may assist with medication in keeping with level 2 assistance as described in Scottish Social Services Council and Care Inspectorate resource ‘Safe Administration of Medicines for Care and Support Services’. 4. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
