Any other conditions unique to the service:
1. The service may be provided to people with physical disabilities and additional support needs in their own homes and the wider community. This includes children from the age of 5 years upwards. 2. The service will be provided by one staff team and will cover Edinburgh and the Lothians. 3. Groups for children are to be held separately from adult groups.
