To provide a care at home service to older people and adults in their own homes and in the wider community.
The support will be provided by six staff teams covering Glasgow Falkirk Stirlingshire West Lothian East Dunbartonshire and Renfrewshire.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
