The service will be provided to adults and older adults with learning/physical disabilities and adults with mental health support needs living in their own homes and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by 1 staff team located in Newton Stewart to Dumfries and Galloway.
