To provide support to adults over the age of 18 years with Learning Disabilities Autistic Spectrum Conditions and/or complex needs in their own homes and in the community.
The support will be provided by one staff team based in Lerwick at the address as agreed during registration and where there are any subsequent changes the Care Inspectorate should be informed.
