1. To provide a service to adults and older people with assessed physical/mental health/learning needs including complex needs and homelessness living in their own homes and the wider community. Any other conditions unique to the service:
2. The support will be provided by 5 staff teams located at the addresses agreed at Registration. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes. 3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate. 4. The manager will be (100%) supernumerary to manage both the registered services for Aspire Central Support Services.
