To provide a support service with care at home to children and adults with assessed support needs living in their own homes and the wider community.
The support will be provided by 5 staff teams located at the office address above as agreed at Registration. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
The service will not use service users’ homes as an office base or as avenue for (supervision appraisal or other) staff meetings.
The manager of this service is also the manager of Care1 Professional Services Ltd Housing Support Service CS2024000414.
