Any other conditions unique to the service:
1. To provide a care at home service to adults in their own homes and in the wider community.
2. The support will be provided by thirteen staff teams located at the addresses agreed at registration. The staff teams will cover the central Aberdeenshire Council area. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes. 
3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
