The service will be provided to older people and adults with mental health support needs and learning disabilities in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by three staff teams located in Edinburgh to the Edinburgh Falkirk and North Lanarkshire Council areas.
