To provide a service to adults and older people with physical disabilities and learning disabilities living in their own homes and in the community.
The support will be provided by two staff teams located at the addresses agreed at registration. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes. The service will be provided by one staff team located in Glasgow and one staff team located in Edinburgh.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager for RMR Specialist Care (CS2018370683).
