1. To provide support to older people including people living with dementia, adults with physical disabilities and enduring mental health problems and children with disabilities, special needs or lifelong conditions living in their own homes and in the community.

2. The support will be provided by one staff team located at the address agreed at Registration. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes.
3. The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate.
4. The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager for the Falkirk Council – Housing Support Service  – Central Locality.
