To provide a service to adults with learning and/or physical disabilities and older people in their own homes and in the community.
The support will be provided by 1 staff team from the service address as agreed during this registration and where there are any subsequent changes the Care Inspectorate should be informed.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
The registered manager is also the registered manager of Bliss Care Solutions Ltd Housing Support Service.
