2. The support will be provided by 1 staff team located at the service address. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes.

The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details, as it appears on this certificate. 4. The registered manager is also the registered manager of for Action for Children Housing Support for Edinburgh, East and Midlothian housing support service registration. 5. The service will make the updates to their policies as agreed at Registration by 10 August 2020.
