To provide a service to adults with a learning disability physical disability and older people living in their own homes and in the wider community.

The support will be provided by one staff team at the address agreed during registration and where there are any subsequent changes the Care Inspectorate should be informed.
The provider shall inform people using the service and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
