Number(s) and Age(s) of person(s) to whom service may be provided: To provide a service to adults aged 60 or over living in their own homes. Support will be provided to five named individuals under the age of 60 years granted in a variation dated 18 October 2023 for a period of 12 months.
Any other conditions unique to the service:
The support will be provided by one staff team located at the service address as agreed at Registration.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
