To provide a care service to adults and older people in their home and in the community.
The service will be provided by one staff team located in Glasgow.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The registered manager is also the registered manager of Shona Care Housing Support service.
