To provide a service to adults aged 18 years of age and over including older people and adults with learning disabilities. The service also supports people experiencing substance misuse problems mental health difficulties and histories of offending behaviour.
The support will be provided by one staff team based at the address agreed at registration. The Care Inspectorate is to be notified of any changes.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
