The service will be provided to adults with learning and physical disabilities in their own home and in the community.
The support will be provided by one staff team located at 4 Wardieburn Street East Edinburgh EH5 1DQ.
The manager is also the manager of Leonard Cheshire City Park CS2020379018. Leonard Cheshire Disability Stenhouse – Supported Living CS2009235307 and Leonard Cheshire Disability – Stenhouse – Supported Living Housing support service CS2008190885. As agreed following a variation request granted on 27 March 2025.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
