Number(s) and Age(s) of person(s) to whom service may be provided:
1. To provide a support service to adults aged 50 years and over. A maximum of 50 people may be accommodated, at any one time, in the premises-based part of the service. The service will also be provided to adults aged 50 years and over in their homes (care at home) and in the wider community.
