To provide a support service to adults with physical needs in their own homes and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by two teams who will work in Forth Valley Kincardine Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire.
