The service will be provided to older people and adults with physical disabilities in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by three teams one will support South Lanarkshire & North Lanarkshire one will support Glasgow Falkirk and Stirling and the other will support Renfrewshire East Renfrewshire Inverclyde and East Ayrshire.
