The service will be provided to adults including older people and may include people with learning disability in their own homes and in the community.
The service will be provided by one staff team operating from the care service address and providing the care service in Edinburgh East and Midlothian.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
