The service will be provided to older people over the age of 60 years within their own home and in the community. Support will be provided to four named individuals under the age of 60 years as agreed following a variation granted on 22 July 2024.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by three staff teams operating within Glasgow and North & South Lanarkshire from the care service address.
The manager must be in full time day
to-day charge when the service is operating.
