The service will be provided to adults and children and young people over the age of 10 years with personal care and support needs in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team operating in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
