The service will be provided on a short
term basis to adults and older people in need of a reablement service in their home.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 3 staff teams located in Hamilton and 2 staff teams located in Lanark.
