The service will be provided to older people adults with learning disability and/or mental health support needs in Edinburgh East Lothian and Midlothian in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team located in Edinburgh.
