The service will be provided to children adults and older people with learning disabilities physical disabilities mental health problems and addiction problems including those who are at risk of homelessness are infirm and who require palliative care in the Cumbernauld area in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 4 staff teams located in Airdrie.
The manager is also the manager of Cornerstone NLCS Cumbernauld housing support service.
