To provide a service to adults including older people living in their own homes and in the community
The registered manager for the service will be full time once the staffing is above 3 WTE.
The support will be provided by 1 staff team as agreed in the notice granting registration. The Care Inspectorate should be informed of any subsequent changes.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
