The service will be provided to adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and also adults requiring support to sustain their homes due to learning disability and/or mental health issues and/or substance use in 6 locations and in their home and the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 6 staff teams located in Edinburgh and Fife.
