The service will be provided to people with support needs in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 1 staff team located in Edinburgh to the Edinburgh area.
The provider will complete improvements in relation to the registered manager’s responsibilities as detailed in the improvement plan agreed with the Care Inspectorate at registration dated 30/05/2023
The improvement plan must be displayed along with the Certificate of registration. Any proposed change to the improvement plan must be agreed with the Care Inspectorate.
