The service will be provided to people with Learning Disabilities Autism or Mental health support needs in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by five staff teams located in Forth Valley South Lanarkshire and the West of Scotland.
