To provide a service to adults (including adults with disabilities and older people) who are frail or have cognitive impairment living in their own homes.
The service is provided by one staff team operating within Glasgow East Renfrewshire Ayrshire and South Lanarkshire.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The managers of this service are also the managers of Nurse Call a nurse agency.
