The service will be provided to adults with support needs in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 1 staff team located in Edinburgh to East Lothian Mid Lothian West Lothian and Fife. As agreed by variation request on 10 November 2025 1 named individual will be supported in Inverness.
