The service will be provided to people with physical disabilities and people with mental health support needs in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided in Edinburgh and the Lothians Inverclyde Glasgow Dunbartonshire Renfrewshire Lanarkshire Clackmannan Falkirk and Stirling.
