The service will be provided to people over the age of 60 in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by one staff team operating in Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City.
