The service will be provided to adults older people and adults with learning disability in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by one staff team operating in Lanarkshire and the Scottish Borders.
