The service will be provided to adults with learning disabilities in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 1 staff team located in Garelochhead to the Garelochhead area.
The Registered Manager is also the Registered Manager of Cornerstone Waterfront (Housing Support Service).
