The service will be provided to people with support needs related to activities of daily living in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by 1 staff team located in West Calder to the Fife Shire area.
