The service will be provided to older people and adults with personal care and support needs.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by one staff team operating within Stirlingshire Falkirk Clackmannanshire West Lothian Perth and Kinross
