The service will be provided to adults and older people with assessed care and support needs mental health and/or learning difficulties in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team located in South Lanarkshire supporting North and South Lanarkshire Clackmannanshire Falkirk and Stirling.
