The service will be provided to people with assessed support needs in their home and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by two staff teams located in Grangemouth.
Team 1 will support Cumbernauld Airdrie Kirkintilloch and Bishopbriggs.
Team 2 will support Stirling Falkirk Grangemouth and West Lothian.
