The service will be provided to older people with assessed support needs in their own home or in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team located in Glasgow supporting Glasgow Inverclyde and West Dunbartonshire.
