The service will be provided to adults and older people with assessed support needs in their own homes and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one team based in Glasgow and will provide services in Glasgow South Lanarkshire and East Renfrewshire.
