Number(s) and Age(s) of person(s) to whom service may be provided:
1. To provide a service to adults and older people living in their own homes and in the community within Edinburgh the Lothians North and South Lanarkshire. The support will be provided by 1 staff team as agreed during this registration and where there are any subsequent changes the Care Inspectorate should be informed.
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
There must be an identified person in charge of the service when the manager is not working
