To provide a service to adults with learning disabilities living in their own homes and in the wider community.
The support will be provided by four staff teams who will be based at the provider’s administrative office 71 Westburn Road Aberdeen and who will provide support to people living in their own tenancies in Aberdeen Kingswells and Elrick (Westhill).
The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
