The service will be provided to adults and older people in their own homes and in the wider community.
The support will be provided by 4 staff teams plus a night support service at addresses agreed at 21 September 2022. The service must notify the Care Inspectorate if there is a change in the number of staff teams or a change in the addresses where the service is provided.
