The service will be provided to older people and a maximum of 12 adults between the age of 40 and 65 in their home and in the community as agreed following a variation application granted on 6 December 2024.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided. The service will be provided by one staff team located in Inverclyde and Renfrewshire.
