The service will be provided to people with support needs in their own homes and in the community.
Where the support is provided from more than one address the service must keep the Care Inspectorate informed of any changes to the addresses from which the service is provided.
The service will be provided by four staff teams Glasgow West Dunbartonshire East Dunbartonshire and Renfrewshire.
